We are back. This time we’re coming to you from the streets outside The Chatterbox in Covina. It’s a very special occasion, not only is it 9/11 (never forget) but it’s also the first time Angie Cunanan performs at a Chatterbox courtesy of Idiots United. We spontaneously decide to do a quick pod immediately after her show to talk a little about her experience and just shoot the shiz. We’re also joined by fellow comedians Timmy Maldonado, Sandy, Leo, Danny Ochoa and more. We were in a time crunch so this episode kinda is what it is but that’s how it is in show biz. ep 21.- “Live” From Palm Springs feat. Justin and Emily Lentz

The heat is real out in the middle of the Sonoran Desert. Nestled in the heart of said desert, is a town called Palm Springs. And within this town the sits a restaurant called Billy Reeds. And sitting in said restaurant is- holy crap I think I’m hallucinating. Could it be the heat? Maybe. Or is it that today we’re sitting in what seems to be a haunted dining room to chat with our guests today- stand up comedians Justin Lentz and Emily Lentz of Palm Springs. They are the charming and charismatic duo that produce comedy shows and host The Rock Gallery open mic. Oh and they’re also husband and wife!
We delve into how they met, how they got into comedy, comedy influences, bombing, and what new things are happening in the booming Palm Springs comedy scene.
